As most of the time, in the community of agro-pastoral, everything is thanks to the transmission ! His way is : ”very young, I went all around the villages with my grand-father to visit our traditional hives made with empty chestnut trunks. My grand-father taught me every basics of a good apiculture which respects nature. I did my career in Paris but I never gave up my hives. I came back five or six times a year to put our new hives and I went back to the car full of honey to sell it in the shops” he remembers.
Then, one day, the hum of bees pleased and missed him in his ears, François Andreucci decided its come back to the village and the creation of its exploitation.
Today, he created with his girlfriend Corinne other products and other honeys (aperitif, gingerbread, hydromel, liquors) to satisfy its curiosity, and the one of the customers. But he wanted to transmit with his son Mathieu, come back from France where he gave up his job of engineer and goes on to make live the apiary of San Biaggiu.
